1. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in hallways, elevators, and all enclosed areas of the building. This includes ci******es, vapes, e-ci******es, and any other smoking device. Penalties for Smoking Violations:
1st Offense: Php 500.00 – Php 1,000.00
2nd Offense: Php 1,000.00 – Php 5,000.00
3rd Offense and beyond: Php 5,000.00 – Php 10,000.00
Violations may also result in cancellation of the booking without refund and/or reporting to building security and administration.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 NN
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3. Maximum Occupancy
The unit is strictly limited to a maximum of 4 guests. Visitors are allowed but no overnight guests without prior approval. Price for Staycation:
1-2 Pax: 2,000/day
3-4 Pax: 2,200/day
Extra Pax: 800/day
4. Noise and Disturbance
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music, shouting, or parties are not allowed. Any disturbances reported by neighbors or building security may lead to termination of your stay.
5. Cleanliness and Damage
We strive to maintain a clean and cozy space. Cleaning Fee: 800 pesos
Deep Cleaning Fee: 5,000 pesos
Damage: Based on price damage
Dispose of trash properly in designated bins or disposal areas. Avoid staining furniture, linens, or appliances. Report any damages immediately. Unreported damages may result in additional charges.
6. Cooking and Use of Appliances
You may use the kitchen and appliances, but please:
Turn off all appliances when not in use. Avoid heavy or strong-smelling cooking (e.g., dried fish, grilled food). Ensure proper ventilation when cooking.
7. Safety and Security
Always lock the door when leaving the unit. Turn off lights, aircon, and appliances when not in use. Do not tamper with fire alarms, detectors, or building safety features.
8. Building Rules and Regulations
Guests must comply with all building rules set by Covent Garden Condominium Management. Any violations may result in penalties, fines, or removal from the premises.
