QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4 year course
With pleasing personality
With good communication skills
Must be tech-savvy and knowledgeable in virtual presentations and social media advertisement
With valid passport and willing to be deployed abroad
With international travel experience
With connections and networks abroad
Real Estate sales experience is an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for promoting and marketing Condominium Projects of SMDC local and abroad.
Represent SMDC in any sponsored booths/events/roadshow locally /internationally.
Sources potential clients and provides excellent customer service.
Prepares and facilitates effective client presentations.
