Handyman (Multi-Skilled Worker)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. The role involves performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper upkeep of condominium facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform general repair and maintenance work, including but not limited to:
• Waterproofing
• Plumbing
• Electrical repairs
• Carpentry and masonry
• Construction-related tasks
• Tile dismantling and installation
• Painting
• general maintenance
and other repair works as needed

2. Assist engineers and building personnel in day-to-day maintenance operations and special projects.

Qualifications:
1. Preferably 1–2 years of experience in repair and maintenance work.
2. Skilled and knowledgeable in the following areas: plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical work, and general building maintenance.
3. At least 1 year of experience in condominium/residential or commercial property maintenance is an advantage.
4. Can start immediately.
5. Hardworking, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
