We offer a fully equipped, clean, and comfortable home for DAY USE ONLY, perfect for students, barkada, and small gatherings.
✔️ 2-4 pax minimum (Additional fee for extra guest)
✔ Access to the 2nd-floor living room only
✔ 3rd-floor rooms are occupied and not included
✔ Ideal for study sessions, casual bonding, and small celebrations
✔ Strong Starlink Wi-Fi for online classes, streaming, and work
✔ Terrace access where you can relax, get fresh air, and enjoy the view of Ground Zero
🕗 Operating hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM only
❌ No overnight stays (strictly not allowed)
❌ No GF/BF relationships inside the house
📹 CCTV is active in the living room and throughout the house for everyone’s safety
🙏🏻 Only registered guests are allowed inside the living room.
Unregistered visitors are strictly not permitted.
💰 ₱2,500 for 12 hours (living room use only)
