Hmmm, Lunchtime! Sarappp!
Pagkatapos niyan...meeting! Meeting of the minds. Nakasalang ang isang idea para ituloy upang gawing isang makabuluhang proyekto. Syempre, kape-kape muna(kainis, hindi ko nakunan!). Okay, umpisa sa mga napag-usapan na nung nasa site. Gawing final. Pagkatapos yung mga susunod pang dapat gawin at sino ang mga gagawa. Lahat dapat may kasulatan. Syempre, papaano naman kikita ang proyekto. Naku, mahabang hintayan. Marami ang na klaro sa usapin. Mayroon pa ring mga nakabinbin.

Inabot lang naman kami ng alas singko ng hapon ng balitaktakan, palitan ng mga kuro-kuro at mga ideya. Lahat ay umaasang mapapaganda pa sistema sa pagdaan ng panahon. Dahil maganda naman ang lugar ng proyekto.

Natapos din ang pag uuntugan ng mga bungo sa kakaisip. Malamang may mas malalaki ang mga bukol sa tindi ng pag iisip😆

Kadaming puno ng kawayan! Marami rin palang mga puno ng mangga. Aba't iba't-ibang puno pala! Nasa loob ng isang loteng aming napasyalan sa parte ng Baras, Rizal. Naglagay na rin ng mga karatulang 'No Trespassing', Bawal ang Pumasok. Babala para sa mga naghahangad pang pumasok. At mga banderang palatandaan ng mga hangganan.

Sa lugar na ito'y may magbabago. May mga pagbabagong magaganap sa mga darating na araw. Abangan!

Ito raw Your Local na resto ay may Michelin Star. Syempre, bukod sa pasarapan ay may presentation din na consideration. Naku, p**i basa na lang diyan sa Menu kung anu-ano ang inihanda sa amin. Wala akong matandaan o hindi ko na tinandaan dahil kinain ko na lang lahat ng inihain nila. Tapos!😁 Again, cheat day! Kainis, parati na lang!😆 Tyempo, sunod-sunod kasi.☺️

I saw familiar faces I have met before. Mga brokers din. New acquaintances are the mother-daughter team of Misses Carina and Carmina Litonjua of C. Litonjua Realty, PAREB-CAMANAVAREB.

Last May 14, 2026 Thursday.
Going to attend Arthaland's The Brokers' Table.
Mula sa amin sa Marikina, ano ang the best way to Makati? Tren! Train! MRT!

From Masinag Antipolo Station to Cubao. Alight Cubao then walk to MRT CUBAO EDSA, thru the mall naman. Then, Cubao to Ayala. Baba na ulit sa One Ayala. Sa terminal ng jeep to Washinton nag Joyride na ako to 106 Esteban St., Legaspi Village, Makati.

Ay ka-bilis ng biyahe ko! Tren pagkatapos naman ay motor. Balik alaala ang mga dinaanan namin sa Makati. I remember, I enjoy walking along Ayala. Nostalgic.
