The company was established last March 2002 by its owner and founder Felidelpo Lim Sison, a retired employee of the Bank of the Philippine Islands. Because of his loyalty and hard work he was assigned to the Property Management and Sales Division (PMS) during the latter years, which opened up doors of endless opportunities for ACSIS 10. Part of the ACSIS 10’s commitment and service is handling management, monitoring, control, disposal and leasing of the banks acquired assets and other properties. Aside from handling real estate properties, ACSIS 10 Property Management also aids clients to acquire properties through their other offered services.
