A minute-short video of my clips from our recent trip to New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac. I was completely overwhelmed by the expansive road networks and developments. Will this really be the next Metro Manila? The next generations will reep the benefits of this ‘masterplanned’ city. However, effective mass transport is still key to its full utilization.
