We have been alerted that a scammer is illegally using our actual location to trick guests into fake bookings. They are even using our unit number to appear "legit."

Please be informed that BlissBloc at Cheer Residences has a very specific, secure check-in process that scammers cannot replicate.

How to know you are booking with the REAL BlissBloc:

1. NO "VAULT KEYS": We NEVER use physical keys hidden in vaults or beside the door. BlissBloc is 100% Keyless. We use a Smart Lock System where you receive a unique digital code.

2. ADVANCED AUTHORIZATION: We send your official Guest Authorization Form days before your stay. If someone tells you they will "send it once you're at the lobby," that is a SCAM.

3. OFFICIAL PAYMENTS: We never demand full payment last-minute at the lobby. Our process is transparent: 50% downpayment to reserve, and the rest (including security deposit) settled before check in.

4. LEGIT CHANNELS: We only communicate through this official page, our linked Instagram & TikTok accounts, and our verified Airbnb listing.
