Top township developer Megaworld Corp. of tycoon Andrew Tan is ramping up the regional expansion of its office portfolio with the construction of three new buildings in its Bulacan, Bacolod, and Davao townships to add 53,000 square meters (sqm) of gross leasable space to its portfolio. These projects include Northwin Global Tower 1, Megaworld’s first office development inside Northwin Global City in Bulacan province; No. 5 Upper East Avenue at The Upper East in Bacolod City; and One Republic Plaza at Davao Park District in Davao City.
“Demand for office spaces remains high, particularly outside Metro Manila. We are strategically capturing this rising demand for regional office developments within our townships in Bulacan, Bacolod, and Davao,” said Megaworld Global Offices Head Francis D. Roxas.
