Updates as of January 7, 2017

1. Main Gate: Construction is 100% done. Finishing works is at 90% with a few painting works left.

2. Model Unit: Building construction is 100% done. Exterior finishing works is at 95% done with a few painting works left. Interior finishing works is on hold as it is waiting for the designer and furniture.

3. Main Road: 12m wide main road is 100% done. 10m wide minor road in Blk 1 is 100% done. 8m wide minor roads on going construction at roughly 50%.

4. Townhouses: Blk 1 townhouses at 60% completion.
