Northwin Global City is only 20 mins away to the upcoming New Manila International Airport. 🏙️✈️
That means one thing for investors: connectivity = demand = appreciation. ✨
The New Manila International Airport (NMIA) in Bulacan is on track to open by 2028 after completing phase one. That's according to Ramon Ang, San Miguel chairman, who said the ₱740-billion project will have four runways and a terminal built to handle anywhere from 35 to 100 million passengers each year. The airport is currently in land development, with terminal construction set to start this year.
If it hits these targets, NMIA could ease NAIA congestion, boost tourism, and create thousands of jobs, opening opportunities for local businesses. Ang also said this year will be better for the San Miguel group, with all companies profitable, signaling strong growth for investors and employees alike.
