PICKLE BALL REVISED FEES and RULES
To encourage greater participation and allow more homeowners and residents to enjoy our new pickleball court, the Board has revised the court fee policy.
Effective immediately, the first hour of play is FREE, provided that at least one (1) homeowner/tenant or his/her child is actively playing.
This initiative aims to promote a healthy lifestyle, encourage more residents to try the sport, and foster camaraderie and stronger relationships among neighbors.

1. The pickleball court is exclusively for homeowners, tenants, their children, and their registered guests, subject to the Association's policies.
2. Court reservations must be made in advance. Players must strictly observe their reserved playing schedule. You may contact our Secretary, Ms. Cris in this number (0962) 697 6132 to book.
3. Court Fees:
The first hour is FREE provided that at least one (1) homeowner/tenant or his/her child is actively playing.
For succeeding hours, a fee of ₱100 per hour shall be charged.
If no homeowner/tenant or his/her child is playing, and the players consist only of the registered guests of a homeowner or tenant, the court rental shall be ₱200 per hour.
4. Proper sports attire and non-marking athletic shoes must be worn at all times.
5. The maximum number of players allowed on the court at any one time is twelve (12). 50 Pesos per person shall be collected in excess of 12 players.
6. Be courteous and respectful to fellow players. Unsportsmanlike conduct, foul language, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
7. No alcoholic beverages and or gambling are allowed within the court premises.
8. Keep the court clean. Dispose of trash properly and leave the area in good condition after use.
9. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
10. Players use the facility at their own risk. The Association shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to personal property.
11. The Association reserves the right to suspend court privileges for violations of these rules or any policies governing the use of the facility.
