Good day to all homeowners and residents!

In these challenging times, we wish everyone strong immunity and peace of mind. We are also calling everyone to follow the guidelines set forth by our government in trying to make the current pandemic end soonest possible time.

We are still seeing students and minors loitering around our subdivision despite the recent mandate of 24-hour curfew for students and our elderly (over 65 years old).

We can help a big deal if we stay at home unless truly, madly, deeply needed. As parents and guardians, it is our duty to keep our minors, specially students, to stay at home.

This too shall pass. How soon? Depends on our level of cooperation.

Stay healthy, optimistic, and obedient. God bless us all!

First meeting was held last Nov 30, 2018.
Following concerns were discussed.

1. Voted TEMPORARY Officers for Home Owners Association. The following officials were elected.
PRESIDENT - Franklin Mercader
VICE PRESIDENT - Darwin Jayme
SECRETARY- Ruth Monterola
TREASURER- Eva Murray
AUDITOR- Galvin Genton
BOARD OF DIRECTOR
* Marie Ann Galay
* Peter Buckbay
* Edward Berry
* Marrian Rallos

2. Security Guards- To send Demand Letter c/o Mr. President. ( update will be posted soon)
3. Vehicle Sticker- sticker can get to Mr. President (09260647357)
To claim please bring your ORCR and give your personal details (name,house #)
4. Monthly dues -50 pesos per unit, will use to cover all the expenses related to our association (ballpen,paper,snacks,bondpaper,xerox etc.).
5. Christmas Party (incharge Ms. Marie Ann Galay)- Dec 15, 2018, 6pm onwards.
There will be a min of 200 pesos contribution per unit. Total amount will going to use for the rentals of chairs and tables,decors,prizes for games and etc.
EXCHANGE GIFT - minimum of 200 pesos
