“May previous survey ba kami? May survey plan ba kaming basis?”

Hindi porket matagal na kayo sa property, accurate na agad ang sukat. 😅

If unsure, pa-verify muna sa Licensed Geodetic Engineer—better if mag-joint survey para clear sa lahat.
