Good Day! TIP Lang po.

Mag-iingat po sa mga false information ng mga nagmamagaling na unlicensed salesperson.

Sa mga nagpopost na Pasalo, LIPAT AGAD.. by Batch po ang process ng turnover. Kasama sa explanations po iyan upon reservations unless hard selling, marketing strategy at sales talk lang po para mahook kayo.
First Batch - color pink, Second Batch - color yellow. So on and so forth..

Kahit fully paid at full DP na po iyang status hindi magbabago ang Turnover process. Kami n nasa First Batch pa din po ang mauuna sa lahat esp. cash buyers and under-house financing.

Kung thru PAGIBIG, maghihintay pa po kayo ng approval sa Pagibig plus unit turnover process ng developer.

Mas madami pong walang license na nagbebenta. Kya Mg iingat po sila. Di bale ng less sales, sigurado na pong kaming NO MISREPRESENTATION 😊

May license po kami kaya mas nag iingat po kami sa transactions.
