Pag-IBIG Fund Special 4.5% Home Loan Rate (October Launch) 🏡✨
What’s New: Starting October, Pag-IBIG will offer a special 4.5% interest rate for housing loans up to ₱1.8M.
📌Who Can Avail:
✅️First 10,000 locally employed members
✅️First 1,000 OFWs (all OFWs qualify, regardless of income)
✅️Fix Rate: Locked for the first 3 years.
✅️Loan Use: Can be used for house-and-lot, lot only, home construction/improvement, or Pag-IBIG-acquired properties.
📌Eligibility:
✅️Must be a first-time homebuyer
✅️At least 12 months of Pag-IBIG savings
✅️MAXIMUM Income limit: ₱47,856 (NCR) / ₱34,686 (outside NCR)
🏡Savings Example:
➡️₱1.8M loan, 30 years to pay:
👌At 6.25% rate: ₱11,082/month
👌At 4.5% rate: ₱9,120/month
‼️You save almost ₱2,000 monthly‼️
👉 This is part of the Marcos administration’s 4PH Program and National Shelter Month celebration to make housing more affordable for Filipino families.
