AMENITIES
✅ Furnished double decks with mattresses, lockable cabinets, small dining set, wall mirror, electric wall fan, personal refrigerator
✅ Each unit has its own CR and separate shower, laundry area and kitchenette
✅ Separate water and electric meter per unit
✅ Car park (limited availability)
❌ No AC but each unit has provision for AC.
❌ No swimming pool, no gym.
UTILITIES
✅ Rent includes 500 per unit ceiling on water and electricity use which includes shower, shared wall fan, and lights. Extra appliances brought in ie. flat iron, tv, laptop, washing machine, electric/cooling fan, would incur additional charges on a per kwh usage in excess of the ceiling.

CONDITIONS

✅ NBI or Police Clearance is required
✅ Copy of tenancy contract and landlord's contract number for reference

We are offering bedspace which means:
🔹 We will fill vacant bedspaces before opening another unit for occupancy
❌ As these are studio units all are shared therefore no visitors allowed inside the unit.
❌ No couples in bedspace
❌ No solo room/unit available for one person at a cheaper rate
❌ No haggling. Price is non-negotiable
❌ Pets are not allowed
❌ No babies and/or children as we have tenants who work shifts
❌ No transient. No subletting
❌ Not for staff house. We are not leasing out the whole building
❌ Direct only. No agents or brokers
🔹Reservations are subject to Ts&Cs
🔹1 month advance + 1 month deposit (minimum of 6 months contract)
🔹 Subsequent advance payment thereafter
🔹 Deposit is not consumable, it is treated as bond which is refundable under certain conditions ie. no damages
🔹 No moving in without contract signing
🔹Landlord will enforce tenancy termination notice to non-conforming boarders
