Landco Privilege Club is an exclusive recognition and appreciation program for our valued clients.
These are Landco customers who have successfully bought & completed the full purchase of identified Landco properties.
In return, we are providing our valued clients with exclusive discounts & access to our different developments across the Philippines.
1. How to become a member
A. Purchase of a property to any of the qualified Landco project is required. The purchaser is required to fully pay the property including the transfer fee charges to be enrolled to the Landco Privilege Club.
B. For the 2nd Owners/Buyers of Landco Properties, the person must provide a copy of the transferred property title, 2 valid IDs and settle the P500.00 membership enrollment fee to join the club.

I. 25% discount on Aquaria, Laiya Beach Club and Aqua extended to members and accompanied guests up to 10 pax. Regular rates apply in excess of 10 pax.
II. One time use of 50% discount benefit on entrance fees during birthday month of member.
2. ACCOMMODATIONS
35% discount on Crusoe Cabins from published rates (RAC). 25% discount on Cocoons from published rates (RAC).
I. Pre booking is required. Subject to room availability.
II. Max of 1 room nights on weekends and 3 on weekdays.
III. Regular rates will apply in excess of allowable room nights.

5% discount on all Millenial Resorts Concessionnaires.

What are the requirements to avail of the perk and benefits
I. The club member or amortizing lot owner must coordinate their booking and reservation through the Landco Customer Service Hotline
II. The club member must be present and show their Landco Privilege Club Card upon check-in
