Kung landlord ka at never ka pa na-stress, congrats. Rare species ka.

Pero kung minsan ka nang naka-experience ng:
โ€“ late o no-show sa viewing
โ€“ kulang ang deposit pero โ€œto followโ€ daw
โ€“ ang daming kwento, walang proof
โ€“ biglang nagagalit pag sinisingil
โ€“ ikaw pa ang masama kahit ikaw ang may unit

Alam mo na โ€˜to.

Hindi malas ang tawag dyan.
Red flags na hindi pinansin.

Karamihan ng tenant problems,
kitang-kita na bago pa mag move-in.
Pinili lang natin i-ignore kasi โ€œsayang namanโ€ o โ€œmukhang okayโ€.
