🚩 5 TENANT RED FLAGS na dapat mong iwasan this 2026.

Kung landlord ka at never ka pa na-stress, congrats. Rare species ka.

Pero kung minsan ka nang naka-experience ng:
– late o no-show sa viewing
– kulang ang deposit pero “to follow” daw
– ang daming kwento, walang proof
– biglang nagagalit pag sinisingil
– ikaw pa ang masama kahit ikaw ang may unit

Alam mo na ‘to.

Hindi malas ang tawag dyan.
Red flags na hindi pinansin.

Karamihan ng tenant problems,
kitang-kita na bago pa mag move-in.
Pinili lang natin i-ignore kasi “sayang naman” o “mukhang okay”.

Tapos na ang kontrata at umalis na ang tenant, pero naiwan ang buong buhay niya sa rental unit. Hindi na alam ng owner kung tenant pa ba ‘yon o multo na ayaw magligpit. 👻

The real bottleneck is what happens after the inquiry.

Between inquiry → move-in, that’s where most rentals lose money:
– Tenant Screening is not credible
– Documents are paper-based
– Payments are chased, not collected

That middle layer is where:
delays pile up,
payment defaults start,
and admin stress lives.

Marketplaces can bring inquiries.
But only operations turn them into revenue.

If your process breaks in the middle,
