Filinvest Land, one of the countryโs largest developers, makes history in Naga by creating Futura Monte โ the cityโs first master-planned condominium community. This green and sustainable mid-rise community was named โMonteโ as an homage to Camarines Surโs majestic Mt. Continuing with its celebration of all things Naga, Filinvest Land unveiled Futura Monte with a beautiful and grand Filipiniana gala event as an homage to the Queen City of Bicolโs warmth and hospitality thatโs uniquely its own. Futura Monte is Filinvest Landโs first project in the Bicol region. This mid-rise residential enclave from the developerโs smart value Futura by Filinvest brand sits on over 1.2 hectares of land along the highly accessible Roxas Avenue in Brgy. Futura Monte will be home to 4 condominium buildings complemented by generous amenities and lush open spaces. Filinvest Land is investing over Php 1 billion into the first phase of the development.
โFutura Monte is a testament to Filinvest Landโs vision of building more Filipino dreams across the archipelago. This development will give Bicolanos the unique opportunity to enjoy a green lifestyle amid a master-planned condo community. We also hope to support the regionโs continued economic growth through this investment,โ said Filinvest Land President Tristan Las Marias.
