📍OPERATIONAL UPDATE ON BUILDING EQUIPMENT POST - FLOODING INCIDENT📍

We would like to update you on the current status of the critical equipment following the recent flooding incident at the basement due to Tropical Storm "Enteng".

After thorough testing and inspection by our team, we are pleased to inform you that the following equipment/facilities are OPERATIONAL.
📌- ELEVATORS
📌-DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLY PUMP&MOTORS
📌-CCTV CAMERAS
📌-INTERNET CONNECTION (Rileynet)

In light of the above, there will still be administrative office transactions. Our Technical Team, Maintenance, and Security Personnel will continue to provide
services and assistance to all residents and occupants. We encourage you to continue your transactions at the Reception Area for the meantime.

Office transactions will continue service at Reception Area.

We wish to inform you that, due to severe weather conditions caused by Typhoon Enteng, our Basement of Deca Sentrio Midrise Condominium Corporation has affected some of the building's critical equipment,including the elevator system.
Technician has already inspected the system and confirmed that the electronic devices in the basement require thorough testing before the elevator can be safely operated.

In light of the above, there will still be administrative office transactions. Our Technical Team, Maintenance, and Security Personnel will continue to provide
services and assistance to all residents and occupants. We encourage you to continue your transactions at the Reception Area for the meantime.
