We offer a relaxing, hotel-like experience, with our Scandinavian inspired room; good for 4-6 people and complete with kitchen equipment. Our unit is located in Carola B building, among 5 others. Roughly 70 km away from Manila, 1.5 hours away from Mall of Asia. The Space
A minimalist, fully furnished and functional unit; has basic cooking tools, oven toaster, heater, refrigerator; provides ameniti

es and has hot and cold shower. We have two queen sized beds, 11’’ high quality mattresses and uses 1000 thread count bed sheets; also a double sized sofa bed for extended accommodation. The room is also equipped with its own fiber optics internet especially for guests. Although, the speed may vary depending on the overall building occupancy. The room comes with a television set and Cignal cable, HDMI connectors, and family game set ( Wii and Nintendo). The condo unit is a high ceiling room situated on the top floor, with a balcony, and a stress-relieving mountain view. You may opt to eat al fresco style or enjoy comfy seating indoors. It also has shutters to make sure you get that needed snooze. The Beach Club
Enjoy frolicking in the sand with a cocktail at hand. Or try water sports* such as water skiing, banana boat, yacht and boat tour rentals, UFO rides, snorkeling, and diving, to name a few. The Country Club
Everyone is sure to find something to do here. Apart from the swimming pools, you can rent badminton, or basketball, and tennis courts; get a game of bowling; stay at the game room; or karaoke room.*

There are three restaurants open to serve you: the Beach Club*, The Country Club*, and at the hotel, Pico Sands.*

ENTRANCE FEE is P1,200 (per adult) and P800 (per kid), payable to Pico de Loro concierge/guest counters, and may change depending on season.

*Schedules may vary during the ECQ days. GUESTS WILL BE GUIDED AND UPDATED UPON BOOKING INQUIRIES. NOTE: Our unit undergoes a routine sanitation and disinfection process prior to renting.
