Following the overwhelming success of its beachside residential village inside the 84-hectare Ilocandia Coastown in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, property giant Megaworld continues to ramp up its development in its first township in northern Luzon as it prepares a first-of-its-kind Beach Club along the townshipβs 1.4-kilometer pristine coastline.
The Ilocandia Beach Club will be Laoagβs first and only βbeach clubβ, inspired by the tropical vibrance of the world-famous beach clubs of Sentosa Island in Singapore.
It will feature a main beach club facility with direct access to the beach, complemented by a promenade of restaurants and alfresco dining destinations, cafΓ©s, and shops.
The main club facility will have a state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pools for adults and children, private VIP lounges with unobstructed sea views, relaxation areas as well as walking and jogging pathsβall for everyoneβs enjoyment of the beachside community.
βOur goal is to offer a unique, vibrant, and exciting beachside township experience in Ilocandia Coastown. We envision Ilocandia Beach Club to be the townshipβs flagship lifestyle hub and the definitive centerpiece of the Ilocandia Coastown experience where guests can enjoy a unique beachside lifestyle. This will further highlight Ilocandia Coastownβs identity as a premier destination in this side of Ilocos Norte,β says May Santos, head of sales and marketing, Ilocandia Coastown.
The design of Ilocandia Beach Club highlights the sea as a main visual centerpiece. A breezy arcade will serve as the central artery of the beach club, guiding visitors toward a curated mix of premium amenities. The coastal experience then extends all the way to the beachfront, with beach loungers and striped umbrellas offering guests a cozy escape along the coastline.
Land development of Ilocandia Coastown will commence early next year.
As Megaworldβs first and only live-work-play integrated township in the whole Ilocos Region, Ilocandia Coastown will have its own iconic town center, lifestyle mall, office and commercial developments, hotels, shophouse district, as well as leisure and recreational facilities that complement the townshipβs beachline.
Ilocandia Coastown is strategically located just adjacent to the world-famous Fort Ilocandia Hotel. The township is only less than 10 minutes away from the airport, and just less than 30 minutes away from Paoay Church, one of only four Baroque Churches in the Philippines recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
