THE CAVITE EAST-WEST LATERAL ROAD
The Cavite East-West Lateral Road will connect the municipalities of Silang, Amadeo, Indang, Maragondon, General Emilio Aguinaldo (Bailen), and Magallanes, extending to Nasugbu, Batangas. This significant infrastructure development is expected to reduce travel time across these areas while improving overall connectivity within the Province of Cavite.
The road will traverse the agriculturally rich municipalities of Upland Cavite, enhancing farm-to-market access and offering picturesque views that will attract tourists. By linking these municipalities, the East-West Lateral Road will enhance transportation, boost local economies, and promote tourism.
Additionally, the project aims to alleviate traffic congestion on more crowded routes, providing smoother access to local businesses and residential areas. As a key element of Cavite's provincial road network, it will complement other major roads and highways, contributing to more efficient transportation and regional growth.
