Perfect for couples or families; each 2BR Townhouse sleeps 12 guests and comes with Endorsement to visit & enjoy Pico de Loro Cove (Day-Tours) and with free access to Calayo Cove beach 🙂

Calayo Cove: Free = No Entrance Fee as it is public beach 🙂 Environmental fee of P 20 & car parking fee might apply in some areas

+ Free Wi-Fi inside condos & in public areas (Pico de Loro Cove at the pools, on the beach etc); also phone inside condos to call Manila fixed telephone line numbers for free;
+ Access to and use of Pico de Loro Cove tennis court/squash/table tennis/badminton courts/basketball courts/pony rides/scuba diving/snorkeling/kayaking/bowling etc for minimal/reasonable fee. + Each Pico de Loro Cove condo comes with magnificent view of mountains, with lift, with 24 hrs security/CCTV and concierge;
+ Fully Furnished and Air-conditioned condo/townhouse units with bathroom and balcony (condos) / backyard with BBQ (townhouse);
+ In each studio unit: 1 Queen Size Bed (MandaueFoam or Uratex), 1 double bed (MandaueFoam or Uratex) & 1 single sofa-bed (Uratex Scatola) with linen and pillows and blankets;
+ In each 1-bedroom unit: 1 Queen Size Bed (Uratex), 2 double & 2 single sofa-beds (Uratex Scatola) with linen and pillows and blankets;
+ In each 2-bedroom townhouse unit: 1 Queen Size Bed (MandaueFoam or Uratex) + 1 double sofa-bed/pull-out bed (Uratex) in each of 2 bedrooms, 2 double sofa-beds in living room, all with linen and pillows and blankets;
+ Table & chairs in each unit and out on the balcony;
+ HD Flatscreen (40” & 50”) TV with Cignal cable TV channel package;
+ Parking is free just outside each building;
+ AC is proper and cooling down unit fast; not to catch cold at night advice is to reduce to low-cool or 26 degrees Celsius. Mosquito net (sliding door/window) is installed, nice option is to sleep with balcony door or townhouse window open and to enjoy fresh night air from mountains around with no AC at all 🙂 very fresh air!
+ Shower/bathroom: shower & sink, hot/cold water (heater installed); toilet with bidet shower; toilet paper, a hand towel. Advice is to bring own toiletries and big towels, Pico de Loro beach towels are otherwise available for rent at the pools and beach for P50/day/towel (Pico de Loro Cove rates). Note: if you would like to have big white bath/beach towels pre-arranged in condo/townhouse unit for you -> let me know and indicate total amount of towels needed; towels will be made available to you for P 40 per towel per used period (cash); upon sending towel to laundry via Caretaker new towel is arranged for another P 40;
+ Kitchen of each unit is equipped with all you need for nice dinner making; otherwise inside Pico de Loro Cove premises: Pico Sands hotel restaurant (24/7) has room-service deliveries if you are feeling lazy 🙂 Lagoa restaurant is nice, as well as Sun Coral and Reef Bar on the beach. Grab-N-Go shop at Country Club has some supplies (rice, sauces, sausage etc); outside Pico de Loro Cove and close to townhouse units: wet-market and several sari-sari stores, also several local restaurants and eateries, Pearl Cuisine is definitely worth a visit 🙂
+ Inside each kitchen: Jar of drinking water, Induction top stove, Rice Cooker, Refrigerator, Microwave oven, Kettle, all Kitchen Utensils (cookware & dinnerware), also Food Steamer & Food Blender in condos. When cooking, guests are advised to turn on condo range hood, it is strong and makes all smells disappear fast. Dish-washing materials are provided;
+ Fish feeding just outside condo building at the lagoon of Pico de Loro Cove;
+ Ambulance on stand-by 24/7 in Pico de Loro Cove premises, small clinic with nurses and doctor; local clinic is available outside Pico de Loro Cove premises;
+ Laundry service for your private clothes is available via Caretaker, wash-dry-fold on reasonable price per kg basis; please do ask if it would be needed during your stay
Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the units, please use condo balcony or townhouse backyard (ashtray provided)
1000 PHP guarantee deposit in cash is required upon check-in, refundable upon check-out clearance
Check-in Time: condos from 2pm, townhouse from 1pm
Check-out Time: condos 12noon, townhouse 10am
If no other guests are using condo/townhouse before you check-in or/and after you check-out (you can easily check that just before your stay), feel free to check-in (use the condo/townhouse) as reasonably early as you wish, and to check-out as reasonably late as you wish
Pico de Loro Cove rules are you are free to arrive, pay the entrance fee and use the facilities (pools, beach etc) as early as you wish, and to stay after check-out until 8pm is Ok as well

Club Guest Registration/Entry Fee for Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club:
Fee is good for stay in Pico de Loro Cove premises up to 1 week (for guests staying inside Pico de Loro Cove), it is paid by all guests to Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club itself upon entering premises; fee is not included in condo/townhouse rates. Which fee applies depends on what day guests check-in/arrive. Senior citizens and PWD have discounts on entry fees & on purchases within Pico de Loro Cove
*Lean Season : All weekdays of January, February and July – November. 800 PHP adult & 300 PHP child 4-12yrs.
**Peak Season : All weekends of January, February and July – November; all weekdays of March – June and December; all holidays of the year. 1,200 PHP adult & 400 PHP child 4-12yrs.
***High Season : All weekends of March – June and December. 1,300 PHP adult & 500 PHP child 4-12yrs.
****HOLY WEEK: 1,500 PHP adult & 600 PHP child 4-12 yrs
Entry Fee Inclusions: Free access to Pico Beach and Reef Bar (sun-chairs with umbrellas – Free! big shaded cabanas available for a small fee); Free use of Country Club swimming pools and lockers/showers; Free Shuttle rides; Free gym; Free WiFi in public areas & inside the condos;
Access to and use of tennis court/squash/table tennis/badminton courts/basketball courts/horse&pony rides/scuba diving/snorkeling/kayaking/bowling/SPA etc etc etc for reasonable fee;
Beach Club is the only place out of reach for Unaccompanied Guests, i.e. part of the beach is blocked for Members and their Accompanied Guests. Otherwise everything else, including Pico Beach (more than half of the whole beach) with Reef Bar (food & drinks) is accessible
PLEASE NOTE: we will do our very best to ensure that Club Member will endorse you as Accompanied Guests, with access to Beach Club as well 🙂
