Rental Rules
CHECK- IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME – Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 pm. The time may be adjusted by agreement.
OCCUPANCY - You cannot allow more people to stay in the property than expressly authorized, nor can you significantly change the makeup of the party during your stay in the property. If you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancellation of the booking by you.
FALSIFIED BOOKINGS – Any booking obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in or to be asked to leave the premises.
CANCELLATIONS - A 14 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 14 days of the arrival date, forfeit the reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
SMOKING - Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
PETS - PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Bath towels are not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring bath and beach towels. We do not permit linens to be taken out from the property.
NOISE – Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. In-car music/noise should also be kept to a minimum while driving inside the subdivision.
UTILITIES – Water, power and cable interruptions may occur without prior notice which is beyond our control. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged for damages.
SWIMMING POOL – Eating and drinking is prohibited in the pool. Children should be supervised at all times. Fixtures in the pool should be left alone. Swimming is prohibited during thunder storms.
BEACH – There are 7 beaches inside the subdivision. You may request to be accompanied. The cottages are free of charge but subject to first come first serve basis. No swimming during inclement weather. Hard liquors are prohibited. No eating and drinking in the beach, raft or the ocean waters. No kayaks, surf boards, or boats inside the buoy line. Please clean up after using the cottages and upon leaving the beach. You may also borrow life vests for cliff diving.
RESPONSIBILITY - You agree to comply with these and Tali Beach Subdivision’s rules and regulations and any other regulations reasonably made from time to time and ensure that they are observed by all members of your party.
You agree to keep and leave the property and the furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glasses, linens, etc. in clean and in good condition.
You agree neither to cause any damage to the walls, doors or windows of the property nor to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to us or to any other occupier of adjoining or neighboring properties.
You agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property and your persons. We incur no liability in respect of damage to or loss of such property, except where the damage or loss is caused by our negligence.
LIABILITY – We shall incur no liability in case of loss, injury or damage to your property or persons in case of your negligence or by third persons.
