In 2002, although not yet a licensed real estate broker, Malou, as she is often called by friends, ventured in selling land. Her deep interest to pursue a career in real estate business started when she was given a chance to sell pro
perties developed by Roxaco Land Corp., particularly its Palm Estates Subdivision. Finally, in 2006, she decided to retire from the teaching profession to venture full-time in real estate. The following year, she attended review classes in real estate in preparation for her licensure exam. At present, she is a member of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP) Metro Tagaytay Chapter under REBAP National Association. The market orientation of A&M Lucky Land Realty is focused on selling house and lots, residential subdivisions, condominiums, condotels, high-end resorts and subdivisions, townhouses, golf shares, vacation ownerships, as well as farm lands.
