-Walang sinuman, pribadong indibidwal o empleyado man ng , ang binibigyang pahintulot na makipag-transaksyon kanino man patungkol sa pagtatayo ng mga proyekto sa ilalim ng Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino ( ) Program.
