LAND ACQUISITOR/RESEARCHER :
AZE Land Surveying Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Acquisitor/Researcher to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land parcels, conducting thorough research, and managing all aspects of the land acquisition process. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in fieldwork, and a comprehensive understanding of land acquisition procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct through title searches.
• Negotiate land acquisition agreements with landowners.
• Manage all aspects of the land acquisition process, from initial contact to final closing.
• Conduct fieldwork,
• Maintain accurate records of all land acquisition activities.
• Prepare and present reports on land acquisition progress.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective land acquisition.
• Maintain positive relationships with landowners and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Surveying, Business Administration).
• Proven experience in land acquisition is must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork independently and effectively.
• Understanding of public relations and the ability to build report with landowners.
