Do you think aiming for your DREAM property at 20 is a wise choice?
Ako personally, NO.
Why?
Usually ito ang common mistakes with us millennials na nag-aaquire ng property ngayon.
Not that it's bad, but it's not the norm anymore. Exception siya.
Dati, sure when prices were super low and a single income family can afford to.
Pero ngayon? The game has changed.
Kung single ka palang naman or mag-asawa kayo don't be pressured to fully commit agad to a property.
I remember what my parents did back then...
Kumuha sila ng property... tinirhan saglit
Kumuha ng pangalawa at lumipat dun
Pinaupahan yung unang property
Rinse and repeat hanggang maka-multiple properties sila.
One property at a time.
And they did that without having that big of an income.
Now they're both retired, having multiple properties serving them.
Hindi sila nag-focus sa dream property agad-agad.
