Pero ang tapos na labi na kung RFO or Ready for Occupancy mahal na kay maistaran na sya, kinahanglan bayaran mo na ang equity in full.
This is how Real Estate works. Ang development diri stagnant, so diri pud mo stay as is ang prices - it’s always going up. Habang mayda pa barato pag invest na!
