We are looking for Business Development Manager

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Must have 3 to 5 years Sales Management experience background would ideally have been in sales of smart lockset or a product or service sold to large corporates where you have built relationships with buyers, procurement managers
• Ability to read and interpret plans and conceptualize special layout is advantageous Ideal background/ previous experience
• Strong Management, motivation and marketing skills within the office furniture industry
• Must have strong consultative sales skills, as well as experience in the office furniture industry
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as necessary
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. A valid driver’s license
