All rooms come with private toilet & shower, wall fan, individual bed-bug free mattresses, pre-assigned lockers, drawers, table and chair. Our rooms for bedspacers are for female tenants only.

We also have studio units with kitchenette for 1-4 male/female tenants.

Masterson Dormitories now caters to young urban professionals, newly-weds, OJTs, college students who wish to have their own fully furnished studio apartment which they can share with a minimum of 2 (up to 3) friends. Our studio units come fully equipped with induction cooker, wall fan, lockers, bunk beds with brand new Uratex mattresses, private toilet & shower. It is the tenants’ prerogative to install aircon units if desired. All our units have individual water and electric sub-meters. We have 24-hour security and an in-house caretaker.

We are ready for occupancy.

Come visit us at our location to see and appreciate. We are located at 5047 Col. E. De Leon St. Sto. Niño Paranaque inside Park Right @ 5047–the only huge open parking of its kind in Sto. Niño.
