Guest Advised Form as a proof of your reservation will be given by my staff at the main entrance of azure.Primary guest must provide a photocopy of valid ID and Guest Advise for at the main entrance security guard. Prior to your arrival please contact our staff and advice what time you will be arriving. Our staff will meet you at the lobby to assist you during the check in process. All registered guests must present a valid ID during check-in at the concierge. Kids must present school ID (if applicable)

Check-in time is 2PM and check-out is 12NOON. Can be adjusted depends on the availability of the unit.

• Modification is allowed if advised 72 Hours prior to arrival.
• Bring your own bath towels and toiletries.
• Proper swimming attire is a must. Always bring your towel and dry off first before entering the lobby.
• Azure charges Php 500 per person per day to purchase a wrist band before swimming. Payment will be made directly to Azure.
• Wave Pool is closed every MONDAYS for maintenance. Lap pool is for exclusive use of the unit owners.
• Food and beverages, smoking and illegal substances are not allowed in and around the pool area.
• No illegal activities will be tolerated
• No Overcrowding. Any person not included in the reservation list will not be allowed entry.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the room. You may smoke at the balcony but please keep the balcony door closed.
• Observe appropriate Noise Level as a courtesy to those living within the area.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Tidiness
• Strictly No Pets Allowed
• Do not hang clothes, towels or other items in the Balcony
• Please maintain cleanliness and treat the unit like you would your own home
• Light cooking is allowed.
• Please ensure cooking appliances and utensils are properly cleaned after use.
• Please ensure refrigerator and counter tops are empty of all leftover foods while all kitchen utensils are back inside the cabinet.
• Kindly collect all the trash and wash the dishes before leaving.
• Do not flush tissue or other trash in the toilet to avoid clogging.
• The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that might occur while on premises. The Host shall not be liable for any inconvenience involving building amenities.
• The Guests are kindly asked to take care of the accommodation, its furniture and the Room Key. Missing or damaged items will be charged to the Guests.
• Make sure the door and windows are locked when you leave. The Host shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of belongings of the Guests.
• We advise our guests to consider our Azure Urban Residences condo as their own that's why we appreciate that the air-conditioning and lights be turned off if there is no one in the unit.
• Property/item damages (if any) will be claimed from the security deposit so pls. handle everything with care. 1,000php for 1BR or 2,0000php for 2BR refundable deposit is requested from the guests on the day of the check-in. This will be refunded on the day of the check-out after satisfactory inspection of the unit

Compliance with check-out time is a must due to arrival of cleaning team. Note: 300php/hour penalty for extended time applies. Thank you very much for your cooperation!
