AVIDA CLOVERLEAF REVIEW - Eat, Work, and Play near your new Home

Last December 2, 2017, on my way home to Manila, I noticed a newly constructed mall from Ayala. So instead of getting off at Cubao, I alighted the bus at Balintawak to check it. I strolled at the mall first and ate an early dinner there by 5pm. I got to the wrong exit, and there I saw the Avida Tower Cloverleaf. I decided, "Why not get in and inquire more about the project. Since I am a detective, I guess! :)"

According to the agent, the project as of now is 11 hectares of mixed-used development. There will be hospitals, BPO's, and residential clusters. "Wow. It will be a township," I exclaimed to my heart's content. I inquire the prices of their studio units, since that it the more realistic investment I could have afford, and yes, the price is comparable to today's market prices for a condominium. (Details for the prices will be attached and posted.)

I promised the broker, Melissa Samper, that I will post her product/brand on my facebook so I created this page for that purpose. If anyone is interested, I would gladly assist them on their decision for buying their first property according to their needs and direct them to the proper channels.

My verdict, this is really a good buy and a wise investment. You can't go wrong with the Ayala brand and the prices of their condominium is affordable and competitive. Condominiums nowadays are becoming a second home for the upward millenials. Buying a condominium is similar to buying a house. Buying a second home first can be considered a forced savings and an achievement to a young professional. It can give a sense of independence for the working class yuppies. Since it is located at prime location and it is Ayala brand, it will surely appreciate in value in a few years. Plus factor is the township development. Who would not live in a place like this where there is a mall, a hospital, and business offices. Since the whole township will include spaces for companies, this investment can also be a rental income generating property that can provide you with a regular passive income. So instead of throwing away all your money at compulsive buying, why not spare some amount and start saving for your future. Invest now in your 20’s. The younger you are, the stronger you are. The earlier you start, the more leverage you have. Happy condo shopping!
