“Building Better Teams Together” became more than just a tagline as Nautilus Pacific Maritime Training Center Inc. gathered in Bataan this May for a memorable and meaningful Team Building Activity. The event brought everyone together through learning, teamwork, and shared experiences that strengthened not only professional relationships but also genuine camaraderie.
Participants took part in engaging discussions and activities focused on Firefighting, First Aid, and Cybersecurity, gaining valuable knowledge and practical awareness that highlighted the importance of readiness, responsibility, and teamwork in every situation.
Beyond the learning sessions, the team enjoyed exciting games, friendly competitions, and countless moments of laughter that filled the event with energy and positivity. There were also touching moments of sharing thoughts and experiences, creating stronger connections among colleagues.
