Woke up today with this content flooding GCs and our timeline.
Mr. Billy Joe Santos Mito I'm sorry that you felt that way, but the way you reacted is somewhat uncalled for. To my understanding, you booked multiple units for a few nights only to learn later on about the hidden charges. Instead of confronting your host about it and settling it among yourselves, you, considering your power on social media, decided to bring this out for the world to see, targeting small investors and business owners. If you still can't see the gravity of your post and the reason for their outrage, let me break it down to you:
1. It was your host that you had a problem with. The way they manage their business differs from the way other hosts manage theirs, so for you to defame Azure as a whole just because your host failed to satisfy you is rubbish on your end. Your case is isolated, and regardless of whether there are people who agree with you, many can still testify that they had a good time in Azure with their friendly and professional hosts.
2. You were ranting about the elevator girl who denied you from entering the lift dedicated to residents. Let me tell you, from a unit owner's perspective, to a guest like you, we only get dedicated lifts on weekends and holidays due to the surge and influx of guests. As there are unit owners who also reside in the building, the management found it reasonable and just to dedicate a lift exclusively for residents and unit owners during busy days to spare them from the elevator traffic.
You see, some owners bought their units in Azure so they can have a place to live. For years, despite the struggle and inconvenience Staycationers have brought upon their lives, they chose to be quiet and coexist for the sake of peace within our neighborhood. The exclusive use of elevators is NOT A PRIVILEGE, but a RIGHT that unit owners have. What kind of an entitled elitist do you think you are to have our staff bend that rule for you?
3. Guests are not allowed to wait inside the lobby to avoid overcrowding in the area. Waiting areas are equipped with chairs to sit on and electric fans for your comfort. As other commenters have told you, if you wish to have a special hotel treatment, you should have booked a hotel instead. Azure is a condominium that allows Staycation, and that being said, it is composed of unit owners and hosts who INDIVIDUALLY lease out units for daily rentals. The failure of your host does not and MUST NOT define the credibility of other hosts, and Azure as a property in general.
4. I am not here to offer you a free staycation. Although with the many units that I own and manage, I, sure can certainly cater to your number when you check in. Yes, mayabang ako kasi mas mayabang ka. But no, you don't deserve to be offered a free stay; whether it's for marketing purposes, or for genuinely wanting to redeem the namesake of our property. You are an entitled person who speaks so lowly of your Kababayans over an internal dispute with your host just because you think you have the power to do so.
5. Your post is out of context, one-sided, and lacking substantial facts and evidence. You were outraged by the hidden charges imposed by your host, sans your post, but never did you mention the rates of the unit that you had booked. Was it 2k, or was it even lower? Because word travels like crazy, and we found what a lowballer you are. In other words, you booked with them because it's within the budget that you can afford without knowing about the hidden charges that will sweat your pockets later on.
6. You posted something like "2nd day sa Azure na panget." For the life of me, please enlighten us, how many days have you been living as a panget yourself? Because nobody batted an eye at you for living that long with the agony of your face until you said that about us. I know I shouldn't add fuel to the fire but I fight fire with fire, after all, you don't deserve to be watered like the flowers you create.
7. Lastly, I know you do what you do for the clout, and you must be really happy with the engagement you have gotten since your post, but the joke's on you because at the end of the day, it's good to see our community standing as one against unprofessional hosts and a bully like you. We don't just have a family to feed, my dear, we have people relying on us and our business; and it's because of those reasons that we refuse to be brought down by you.
