🔹ADVANCE REGISTRATION to the condo admin office is required. (We need to submit a copy of your ID, a rental contract and Move-in condo admin form at least 2 days PRIOR check-in date). We may encounter problems in checking-in if this procedure are not followed. .
🔹BOOKINGS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. Condo availability changes from time to time due advance bookings/payments made by most of our guest. .
🔹CASH PAYMENT - FULL CASH PAYMENT OF RENTAL FEE is required for those renting 1 to 3 months ( a month shall be computed as 30 days) .
🔹POST DATED CHECKS (PDC) - For those renting 4 months (120 days up to 11 months) and above, ONE month advance rental fee payment and TWO (2) months security deposit must be paid in advance. Payment for other months can be done thru POST DATED CHECKS. .

▶️Refundable Security cash deposit - Php 25,000- if for 60 DAYS rental term .
▶️Refundable Security cash deposit - Php 37,500- if for 90 DAYS rental term .
▶️REFUNDABLE SECURITY CASH DEPOSIT - (for those renting above 90 days), Refundable Security cash deposit – shall equivalent to TWO (2) months rental fee .
▶️POST DATED CHECKS ARE REQUIRED for those renting 4 months or more. If you do not have post dated checks, then full cash payment must be made for all the months. (Regret that we cannot allow you to rent long term if you do not pay in full cash or if you do not have post dated checks) .
▶️VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID REQUIRED (Passport for foreigners) is required. Rental contract shall be made. .
▶️For NON-PAYMENT of RENTAL FEE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CUT-OFF THE WATER CONNECTION OF THE CONDO AND/OR REFUSE YOUR ENTRY TO THE CONDO PREMISES. .

▶️CONDO CLEANING / CHANGE OF BEDSHEET/TOWELS - There will be NO DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY CLEANING OR CHANGE OF BEDSHEET.
▶️PARKING – We have no parking slot. There is a nearby PAY PARKING OUTSIDE OF THE CONDO (at SM Mall-Sucat Paranaque) .
