Guidelines for booking
1.Booking is available for daily, weekly, or monthly
2.Can accommodate up to 3 guests.
3.Check in time: 2pm / Check out: 10 am (for early check in and late check out kindly coordinate ahead of time)
4.To have a hassle free check in, primary guest is required to present the original and photocopy of valid ID, and for other guests, photocopy of any ID.
5.Security deposit: Php 1,000 for daily, Php 2,500 for weekly and Php 5,000 for monthly bookings, which will be returned upon checkout if no issues in the unit.
6.Use of main swimming pools: Php300/person from Mondays to Fridays. Children 4ft below can use the pool for free.
7.Pls coordinate if you need parking ahead of time. Any penalties for unpaid parking will be charged to the person booking.
8.Smoking: only allowed in designated smoking areas.
9.Pets are not allowed.
10.To avoid deduction of fees from security deposit, please do not break any items in the unit, do not make vandalism or take home any items from the unit.
11.Pls book ahead of time, preferably a 5-7 days before your stay, so we can prepare the unit properly.
