⏩Swimming pool rental only is not allowed (you must rent the condo to use the pool).
⏩Swimming pool is FREE to use for those renting the condo unit (minimum rental term is 30 days) Free use is subject to a maximum number of persons & MUST SUBMIT ID to us to be forwarded to the building admin office.
⏩ Condo viewing must be scheduled 3-5 days in advance.
🔶NOT ALLOWED - Cooking of food/liquid with STRONG ODOR
🔶There is NO WASHING MACHINE in the condo
🔶The condo unit HAS NO PARKING SLOT (pay parking maybe available in the nearby mall)
🔶PARKING ANYWHERE is not allowed – HUGE PENALTY/FINE is imposed..
🔺Electricity, water are additional or separate charges (for rental terms of 30 days or more)
🔺Electricity/water are FREE for rental terms of 14-21 days

🔺RESERVATION DEPOSIT required IF YOU WANT to lock in a specific date. Will be non-refundable should you cancel your booking/reservation. The deposit will be refundable if you will push through with your booking/stay.
