The Multinational Village Homeowners Association, Inc. (MVHAI) invites all qualified members to participate in the referendum for the approval of the 2026 Amended MVHAI By-Laws before its submission to the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) starting today, August 11, 2026 (8:00 AM) up to August 25, 2026 (3:00 PM)

The person who can vote are:
✅All recognized MVHAI members.
➡️Only one (1) vote is allowed per membership/account.

Members may choose only one of the following voting methods:
A. Online Voting
B. Physical Voting
C. House-to-House / Mobile Ballot Referendum
D. Proxy Voting

All votes will be verified to confirm the member's identity and eligibility. Duplicate votes (online and physical) will not be counted. The official results of the referendum will be announced by the MVHAI Board of Directors after all votes have been validated and counted.

In response to the flooding brought by the recent storm surges and Monsoon, the MVHAI Utility personnels worked relentlessly for consecutive days in order to work on the declogging of the village drainages, cutting of fallen trees to clear roadside, and cleaning the areas where garbage was built up. As of late this morning, the flood in main areas especially in village gates were already subsided.

Rest assured that the whole MVHAI Team is working proactively in order to restore the village surroundings for everyone’s ease and safety.
