As part of my school project, I had the opportunity to study and present a prime vacant lot located along C5 Road in Parañaque City — one of the fastest-growing areas in Metro Manila. While it may look like a simple open space today, this lot holds limitless potential for development and transformation. Inspired by developments like Solara Lifestyle Center, I imagined a place where people can live, work, relax, and connect.While this is purely a conceptual project for academic purposes, it reflects how one strategic location can open doors to countless possibilities.
