- Condo for Rent
- Good for 2 people and maximum of 5 persons
- Php 2,500 per day with Php 1,000 security deposit
- Php 9,000 minimum of 3 days with Php 1,000 security deposit
- Php 18,000 for one week with Php 1,000 security deposit
- Php 30,000 for one month
- 2 months advance and one month deposit for one year contract
- Php 5,000 for Electricity and Water Bill is billed separately.
- Inclusive of association dues
For 2 days and 3 nights stay, a month or for a year, there is a Php 1,500 down payment non-refundable reservation fee, so you can reserve the unit on your preferred time and date, this will be deducted from your total check-in price. Don't forget to have your name listed on which amenities you wanted to use. Php 1,500 security deposit will be return, once there are no damages on the unit

-Present 2 valid ID's and photo copy of the ID's
-Contract signed
