HOUSE RULES🏢🏖
Use of the Unit:
1. The unit will be freshly cleaned before you check in. Kindly turnover the unit as neatly as possible.
2. Please ask for instructions if something doesn’t work in the unit.
3. The unit is fully furnished with AC’s, water heater, wifi/cable, fully equipped kitchen with utensils/cookers/kettle.
4. Please take good care of the unit and Do enjoy your stay!

Use of Wave Pool & Kiddie Pool:
1. Wear appropriate swimming attire, and color-coded swim band prior to wave pool entry.
2. Beach towels must be folded or placed inside a bag and cannot be wrapped around the head and body when outside the beach area.
3. Guests must return to the tower in dry clothing.
4. Footwear is always required outside the beach area.
6. Only bottled drinking water is allowed inside the pool area.
Car Parking: (if applicable)
Please see parking signages / detailed instructions within the premises.
Check-out process:
1. Pay the parking fee for perimeter parking (if applicable).
2. Have the Unit Check-out Clearance signed by the contact person.
3. Proceed to tower Concierge.
4. Surrender the Visitor’s Pass, proof of payment of parking fee and penalty for violation (if applicable), and signed Clearance Slip
5. Get Unit Check-out Clearance signed by Concierge together with valid IDs deposited upon check-in.
6. Guests using Basement Parking – surrender the Parking Slot Locator (PSL) and Unit Check-out Clearance to basement security upon exit
7. Guests using Perimeter Parking – surrender the Unit Check-out Clearance to lobby guard and Vehicle Pass to exit guard
8. Guests without Vehicle – surrender the Unit Check-out Clearance to lobby guard and proceed to Gate 1 pedestrian exit
9. In case of partial check-out of guest(s) with vehicle, the proof of payment of parking fee should be left with the remaining guests for clearance purposes prior to final check-out.
Please be guided by the following rules:
* CHILD POLICY - A child whose height is 3ft. and below shall be excluded from the prescribed number of occupants (maximum of 1 child regardless of unit size).
* POOL SCHEDULE
Tuesdays to Sundays – AM SHIFT (7AM to 12NOON), PM SHIFT (2:00PM to 7:00PM)
Closed for cleaning every Mondays (whole day) & remaining days (12noon – 2PM)
* Shall not be granted access to the Lap Pool, Lagoon Pools, Basketball and Volleyball Courts, Playroom, Game Room, Movie Room, Gym, and Function Rooms.
* May use all elevators except Passenger Elevator #1 in all towers (exclusive to unit owners, residents and non-STL visitors accompanied by unit owners and residents) during Fridays from 11AM to 8PM, Saturdays from 9AM to 11PM, Sundays from 6AM to 3PM, and Holidays from 9AM to 8PM.
* Should not invite outsiders.
* Should not allow guests from other units to stay in their respective unit/s.
* Should not bring pets.
* Should not engage in activities which will create disturbance to neighboring units.
* Should not hang clothes in the balcony.
* Should be in appropriate clothing when in the common areas.
* Should smoke in the designated areas only.
* Should always bring Visitor’s Pass.
* Should strictly follow the House Rules and Regulations including the Traffic Rules and Regulations of the Azure Urban Resort Residences.
