•Reservation is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
•Subject to room availability.
•Reservation fee of 500 per night is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE if canceled or no show.
•Remaining balance shall be paid on the day of check in via bank transfer or Gcash.
•A security deposit of 1000 is required on the day of check in and to be refunded upon check out given that security deposit policy are followed.
