WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS
We normally don't make posts like this, but we feel it's important to share this information to help protect travelers and prevent potential booking issues.
Recently, a guest contacted us to verify a reservation because they wanted to make sure they had booked the correct property. That conversation led us to discover a Booking.com listing operating under the name:
"The Cozy Tahanan by Altria"
Our official property name is:
"The Cozy Tahanan by Altrisa"
Because the names are nearly identical, it can be very easy for guests to assume that the listing is associated with our business. We want to make it absolutely clear that we have NO affiliation, connection, or relationship with that property whatsoever.
What raised serious concerns for us was what we found after looking into the listing. We noticed that all of its reviews appeared to have been posted in March and on the same day. Additionally, the guest who reached out to us shared that they were having difficulty canceling their reservation and were concerned because charges were still being processed on their card.
Again, we are simply sharing the facts and the experience that was brought to our attention. Our goal is not to create drama, but to help travelers make informed decisions and avoid confusion.
