1 Bdr, Beachview,18th floor, Fully Furnished, At Santorini Tower, (maximum of 4persons only).
Daily- P3,500, 2 days- P6K, 3 days- P8,500 & etc.
Weekly-Monthly-Yearly(Negotiable)
For any dates or more than 3 days just pm me for the amount.
* OPEN DATES: Tuesday-Sunday-7am-12nn(1st shift&2pm-7pm(2nd shift)
*CLOSED DATE-Monday- for Maintenance/Cleaning Day
* FREE TO USE THE FACILITIES/AMENITIES IN...
CONDO(32in Smart TV,Pocket WIFI,cable-abs-cbn tv plus-digital,A/C, 2Towels(big&small),Microwave, Kettle, Rice Cooker,Refrigerator, Electric Stove,Kitchen Utensils. 2 Queen bed(detachable), sofa bed.
*Security Deposit- P1K, refundable if no damages in the unit.
*Security Purposes-guests must present a valid ID @ check in.
*Kindly sign our "Visitors' Book".
*Alcohol Beverage and Smoking are not allowed in the unit.
AZURE GUIDELINES/RULES/POLICIES:
*Guests(4pax) are allowed to use wave pool and children's pool.
*Registration/wrist band cost P250 per head for 2pax only, but 2pax is free
*Wear proper swimming attire.
*No Foods/No Drinks at the beach.
*Kindly turn of the lights,A/C and etc when going out of the unit. Charges may apply for lost or damaged inside the unit.
*Unregistered guests are not allowed in the unit.
*Lap pool, game room, and gym are not available for short term guests.
*Lost of Siglo card -P500/card will be charge
*No hanging or drying of clothes at the balcony fence, penalty P2,000.
*Please clean as you go. Throw your garbage in the garbage room near the elevator.
*Pets are not allowed
*Security Deposit will be forfeited and penalties for those who are not following the rules.
