Summer is heating up and so is Team HCU - SM Development Corporation !

April officially closed with a strong Php 272M total sales production, 98 sold accounts, and a solid 36 activated sellers out of 55 manpower for a 65% activation rate. More than the numbers, the month showed stronger teamwork, better ex*****on and growing momentum across all teams.

The season may be hot, but the market is even hotter. Your knowledge of project updates, promos, inventory, and office movements helped the team stay sharp, confident, and competitive in selling. That preparation translated into real production.
