Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Engr. Jose Ramon P. Aliling places these practical needs at the center of the national housing agenda through the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

The partnership between Pag-IBIG Fund and SMDC supports this agenda by creating more practical paths to homeownership for Filipino workers and their families.

Through the partnership, qualified homebuyers can explore homes in selected Pag-IBIG-accredited SMDC projects, receive practical guidance, and apply for Pag-IBIG housing loans of up to ₱10 million.
