- 50% Down payment upon confirmation (this is a non-refundable payment). The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in
- Cancellation of bookings for a refund is not allowed.
- 500 pesos assurance fee for our items, to be refunded after checking out if no items were missing or damaged.
- Reservation is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Subject to room availability.
- Put extra love and care when using equipment in the unit. (Will charged 2x the price of the item if damaged)
- Cooking is allowed but not smelly and smoky food.
- Can bring / deliver food / drinks inside the unit.
- Pets are not allowed
- Guests are required to have a valid ID in accordance with Radiance Manila Bay policy.
